Suitable for all levels. This class will challenge the beginner and encourage the more experienced Yogi to slow down and explore their limits and deepen their practice through creative and varied sequences with a focus on deepening foundations of postural practice, breath and alignment

Healing Flow Yoga in seated pose

Based on the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series this class is for students who enjoy a challenge and who wish to build strength, flexibility and inward focus moving dynamically with the breath from one posture to the next in a structured and consistent sequence, resulting in enhanced peace and tranquillity in body and mind

Mindfulness

This class is for all mamas-to-be who are at least 14 weeks along. Take an hour from your week to nurture body, mind and spirit, moving and stretching your body gently, learning to bond with your baby, connect with your breath via various breathing techniques to prepare you for labour and to facilitate a more positive and relaxing prenatal experience. You owe it to yourself to experience the wonderful benefits!

Healing Flow Yoga women over 40 building strength in Bakasana, crow pose

This dynamic, grounded and healing class focuses on building strength and flexibility whilst creating a meditative flow through asana with emphasis on breath and alignment. Students will be offered different variations of the postures at a pace that suits each one. Suitable for those with some experience who enjoy moving mindfully through creative sequences that leave you energised. This is a fun and challenging class.
