With over 12 years of dedicated experience as a certified Yoga teacher and Yoga Therapist, my passion revolves around empowering you, fabulous women over 40, to shine bright like the amazing stars you are! 💪 My mission? Helping you rebuild your self-esteem and confidence while embracing every twist and turn of your journey with grace and mindfulness.
I’m on a mission to arm you with all the tools you need to tackle stress and overwhelm head-on! From specialised Yoga Therapy techniques to soothing pranayama and relaxation methods, we’ve got this covered. Together, we’ll create a nurturing space filled with compassion and self-awareness, because you deserve nothing less.

The "Rooted in Calm: Nurturing Your Growth & Reconnection in a Busy World" course focused on the Root Chakra and the importance of balancing this energy centre to support the alignment and well-being of the other Chakras in the body. It was a holistic experience, designed to benefit both mind and body. The course consisted of six sessions, each lasting two hours, with follow-up guidance and a 30-minute yoga and breathing practice between sessions. Each session had a unique theme, keeping it engaging and well-structured. The first session introduced the Root Chakra in detail, explaining its significance and what participants could expect from the rest of the course. There were many practical tools for balancing the Chakras, including mindful breathing, walking, various yoga poses, and meal plans with recipes to incorporate into daily life. The course emphasised that small, intentional changes can have a big impact. There were also journaling and meditation exercises to help with grounding. Being well-grounded supports not just the Root Chakra but the balance of all Chakras in the body. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and found it incredibly valuable. As a reflexologist with a passion for holistic practices, I appreciated Jacqueline’s thoughtful approach and the wealth of information she shared over the six weeks. The videos of the sessions are a fantastic resource for revisiting the material. I highly recommend Jacqueline’s course for its content, presentation, and overall value.
