With over 12 years of dedicated experience as a certified Yoga teacher and Yoga Therapist, my passion revolves around empowering you, fabulous women over 40, to shine bright like the amazing stars you are! 💪 My mission? Helping you rebuild your self-esteem and confidence while embracing every twist and turn of your journey with grace and mindfulness.

I’m on a mission to arm you with all the tools you need to tackle stress and overwhelm head-on! From specialised Yoga Therapy techniques to soothing pranayama and relaxation methods, we’ve got this covered. “I sleep best after an evening yoga class. I feel relaxed, calm and can read a book with camomile tea in bed. If I miss yoga I feel a bit stressed and hyper, always busy but never fully relaxed.
